Franklin has 7 years of relevant consulting, IT, digital adoption, and clinical affairs experience, from his first year at university to present day. He has worked with organizations of all sizes and market caps, from pre-seed startups to Fortune 500 companies.

During his time studying Management at the University of St Andrews (#1 program in the UK), Franklin actively applied what he learned in his studies (with an emphasis on entrepreneurship, organizational science, behavioral decision-making, and knowledge management) as an IT specialist for Playfair Consulting Group, Clinical Affairs intern for biologics company MiMedx, and Digital Adoption expert for Vault Top 50 consulting firm LeapPoint, which he honed his craft with from the summer of 2019 to early 2023.

During his time at LeapPoint (and JumpSeat, LeapPoint's sister company), Franklin continued to work on the side as an independent contractor for medical devices startups in North America, Europe, and Asia, helping them establish the basic digital foundations needed to launch and scale their businesses. As often happens, the "side hustle" ended up growing into something much larger than expected, and IV Digital Solutions was born. Franklin combined his experience, education, and passion for medical innovation into a boutique consulting firm of his own, dedicated to bringing top-of-the line software solutions and industry-leading configuration best practices to medical devices startups poised for explosive growth.
